MetroWest Medical Center’s approach to breast health services can be summed up in one phrase: patient-focused.

“The focus of everything we do is on the patient,” says Mammography Coordinator Sheryl Kelly, RT. “Our aim is to make each patient feel cared for, and to deliver that care in a nurturing environment that’s convenient and responsive to their needs. The Medical Center offers comprehensive breast health resources that include screening and diagnostic mammograms, stereotactic biopsies, needle localizations, medical and surgical treatment, radiation therapy, reconstructive surgery, rehabilitation, support groups and wellness programs.”

Mammography is offered at three different locations:

§         Leonard Morse Hospital, Natick

§         Framingham Union Hospital, Framingham

§         MetroWest Wellness Center, Route 9 in Framingham

Women can choose the location that’s most convenient. Free parking is available at all locations, including valet parking at our hospitals. The addition of expanded evening and Saturday hours makes scheduling easier and faster. Mammograms are routinely double-checked by a Computer-Aided Detection (CAD) device, giving women the additional peace of mind of knowing their exam has been reviewed by this advanced technology as well as a radiologist.
