The MetroWest Medical Center, Weight Management Program has several Information Sessions held on Thursday evenings.
Support Groups for Bariatric Surgery
Meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. in the Helm Auditorium, 65 Union Street, Natick, 2nd floor of the Leonard Morse Hospital.

Directions to Helm Auditorium:
Enter through the main hospital entrance. Take the elevator, located around the corner from the visitor’s desk, to the 2nd floor. Exit the elevator, turn left, at corner take left and proceed straight ahead. Helm Auditorium will be located on the left.
