MetroWest Makes it Easy...

MetroWest Medical Center has recently launched two new programs:

• OB/GYN - Open Access
• Online Pre-Registration for repeat visits

The OB/GYN Open Access program allows patients to see a MetroWest OB/GYN physician or midwife (if you are currently seen by a MetroWest OB/GYN).  If you wish to be seen with 48 hours, you can call - 508-383-8464 and leave a message indicating that you would like to participate in the "OB/GYN Open Access" program.  Leave a phone number at which you may be reached that day, and you will be called back within a few hours.  You will be given the name of a doctor who will see you within TWO working days.  If you wish to see a particular physician, then you must make an appointment with that physician in the usual fashion.  This program is for patients who do not have a MetroWest physician.

The Online Pre-Registration program allows patients the ability to fill out an online form with all the pertinent information including insurance information, physician and demographic information.  The form is secure and confidential and will be submitted to the Registration Department.  The online form can be used for Laboratory and Radiology visits, Travel clinic, Sleep Lab visits as well as the Wellness Center visits.  The information you enter online will allow you to by-pass the Registration process and proceed directly to the appropriate department.  For more information, please click here.
