Patient Relations  Guide to Services

MetroWest Medical Center wants every patient to have a positive experience. We are committed to meet your needs in the best possible way.  Sometimes, the hospital experience can be confusing for a patient and their families. If you have a question, suggestion, compliment or complaint about any aspect of your care or service, we would appreciate hearing from you. Your opinion is important to us. The information you provide is used to help us improve the care we deliver and we value what you have to say and we welcome your call.

The Patient Relations Department was created to serve as a liaison between patients and MetroWest Medical Center. Patient Advocate assists patients, families and visitors to find answers and solutions to problems, concerns, complaints and unmet needs.  She also may receive a compliment extended by you to an individual staff member or to a department.
