Volunteers play an important role at MetroWest Medical Center. Working with the professional staff, there are more than 200 volunteers at Framingham Union Hospital and Leonard Morse Hospital.

 

Positions are available throughout Metrowest Medical Center and require a 4 hour per week commitment for 4-6 months. The Junior Volunteer Program is an after school program that provides an opportunity for students ages 15 to 18 years old to volunteer, with a two-hour per week commitment for 4 months.

Student Volunteer Opportunities

Applicants must be at least 15 years of age and available to make a commitment of four months.  The student volunteers accepted into the program will be scheduled after school, Monday –Friday, 2-3 hours per week.  Please contact the Volunteer Services department for more information and an application.
