Andrei Soran CEO

Andrei Soran, CEO of MetroWest Medical Center, is responsible for overseeing hospital operations, physician recruitment, expanding clinical services and overseeing the financial health of the hospital.
Most recently, Soran was CEO at Nashoba Valley Medical Center in Ayer, Massachusetts. Prior to that, he served as COO at Merrimack Valley Hospital, as director of strategic implementation at Metro West Medical Center in Framingham; and as COO at Casa Colina Rehabilitation Centers (California) where he assisted with strategic planning and activities related to the building of a $32 million replacement hospital.
His healthcare experience brings strengths in contract negotiation, business planning, and inpatient and outpatient management.
In 1987, Soran received his bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Tel Aviv University in Israel. He was awarded his master’s in science of management from Boston University/Ben Gurion University of Israel.
