Internal Medicine: 5 months
Wards: 1-2 months (1:5 on call)
ICU/CCU: 2-3 months (1:4 on call)

Pediatrics: 3 months (1:4 on call)
Inpatient Unit: 1 month
Neonatal Unit: 1 month
Clinic: 1 month Primary Care & Sub-Specialty Clinics

Emergency Department: 1 month

Electives: 3 months (incl. 3 weeks vacation, no call, sick call as needed)

On the core rotations, residents provide graded in-depth supervision at all times. In Medicine, they are part of the three year categorical medicine program based at MWMC. Pediatrics has a new affiliation with Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center, giving resident the opportunity to be taught and supervised by Pediatric Hospitalists.
