In a crisis, you’re scared and looking for answers. At MetroWest Medical Center, we are there for you. We offer comprehensive emergency services around the clock at both Framingham Union Hospital and Leonard Morse Hospital Emergency Departments.
Our emergency rooms are staffed with physicians who are board-certified in emergency medicine, and nurses certified in advanced cardiac care, advanced pediatric life support and trauma nursing.
Low wait times.
An unexpected fall or car accident can happen in the blink of an eye. But the last thing we want to do is leave you waiting for emergency care when you need it most. We strive to keep our wait times low to get your crisis addressed as fast as it happened.
For patients with less serious health issues, Framingham Union Hospital emergency room offers a "fast track" Access Urgent Care option each day from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

Our angioplasty team is alerted as soon as heart attack patients arrive, so our door-to-balloon times and complication rates are some of the best in the state.
