The Pastoral Care Department at MetroWest Medical Center is an interfaith endeavor, valued and supported by our parent company Vanguard, and the administration of our facilities.

We are organized to provide a planned method of spiritual services to all patients, families and staff. We believe the spiritual dimension of care is integral to wellness and as such, we attempt to provide a ministry of presence to all patients, regardless of religious affiliation or no religious affiliation.

Special attention is given to the spiritual needs of dying patients and their families, parents experiencing fetal demise, patients receiving treatment for drugs and alcohol, and any other patients and staff who have been referred to us. We value all religious and spiritual traditions, cultures and communities as resources for health and healing.

Our hours of operation are during the regular work week, with on-call services also available. Please feel free to connect with us at any time.
