Scheduling a Test

Patients or physicians can call to schedule tests. To schedule an appointment, you need a written physician’s order except for routine digital mammography. Depending upon your insurance, the test may require a referral authorization number from your insurance company prior to the exam.    

Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before your appointment time.  If you cannot make your appointment, notify us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule.  24 hour notice is greatly appreciated.  If you have any questions, please call our Central Scheduling staff at 508-383-8400.
