The Evaluation and Referral Service is a team of experienced clinicians who provide 24-hour mental health and substance abuse triage services including phone intakes, admissions and emergency evaluations for children, adolescents and adults. Emergency evaluations are provided at both the Leonard Morse and Framingham Union Emergency Departments. The Evaluation and Referral Service, also coordinates the psychiatric and substance abuse consultation liaison service for patients on medical floors at both campuses.
