Inpatient Mental Health Unit
Inpatient Mental Health Unit (Hodgson 3), Natick Campus
H3 is a 20-bed short-term, locked unit for ages 16+ designed for patients with a primary psychiatric diagnosis; in addition, patients on this unit may be dually diagnosed and receive treatment for a substance abuse problem. Each patient’s treatment team consists of a board certified psychiatrist, psychiatric nurses, social workers, counselors, and an occupational therapist. The focus of treatment is on stabilizing symptoms and outside resource planning so patients can safely return to their communities.
