Losing a loved one is a challenging and emotional time. At MetroWest Medical Center, we offer support to begin the process of moving forward. Our bereavement and support groups help grieving families adjust to life without their loved ones during the healing process. All groups are facilitated by a clinical social worker trained in helping you grieve. Families and caregivers also have access to grief counseling for 13 months after the loss of a loved one.
A memorial service is held twice a year to honor the memory of the loved ones who have died through hospice services. These Celebrations of Remembrance are a unique way for families to express their love and affection.
