We are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience. To do so, we are actively working with consultants to update the website by increasing its accessibility and usability by persons who use assistive technologies
such as automated tools, keyboard-only navigation, and screen readers.
We are working to have the website conform to the relevant standards of the Section 508 Web Accessibility Standards developed by the United States Access Board, as
well as the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1. These standards and guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. We believe that conformance with these standards and
guidelines will help make the website more user friendly for all people.
Our efforts are ongoing. While we strive to have the website adhere to these guidelines and standards, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website.
If, at any time, you have specific questions or concerns about the accessibility of any particular webpage, please contact WebsiteAccess@tenethealth.com so that we may be of assistance.
At MetroWest Medical Center, we strive to provide high quality, advanced care to every patient that walks through our doors.

MetroWest Medical Center has been designated by Aetna into its Elective Delivery Infant Safe Program. This designation recognizes hospital delivery programs that DO NOT encourage elective deliveries
to be scheduled prior to 39 completed weeks of pregnancy since electing to deliver PRIOR to 39 weeks can be harmful to a mother and her baby by increasing the risk of premature birth and the need to spend more time in the hospital or in the neonatal
intensive care unit (NICU).
American College of Cardiology
MetroWest Medical Center has received the American College of Cardiology’s NCDR ACTION Registry Platinum Performance Achievement Award for 2017. MetroWest Medical Center is one of only 193 hospitals nationwide to receive the honor.
The award recognizes MetroWest Medical Center’s commitment and success in implementing a higher standard of care for heart attack patients and signifies that MetroWest Medical Center has reached an aggressive goal of treating these patients
to standard levels of care as outlined by the American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association clinical guidelines and recommendations.
